For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Manage the complete recruitment process, including talent sourcing, conducting interviews, and facilitating contract signing.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Assist in onboarding.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment, within the game development industry.
Strong understanding of game development roles and the skills required for these positions.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
