Lead UI/UX Artist

Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead Artist for a new midcore MMO project. Our client is an award-winning mobile development game studio that delivers the best entertaining mobile games for over one million players.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): mid-core MMO project
• Genres: Action, Role-playing, MMO
• Platforms: Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead a team of UI artists;

• Develop UX and UI design for multiplayer Action RPG games;

• Communicate with colleagues from other departments (Game Design, Technical Art, VFX, Code);

• Create illustrations for interfaces (icons, frames);

• Prepare materials for development and review finished solutions

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in leading mid-core mobile projects in the lead position is mandatory;

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma. The advantage will be the experience with AI (Midjourney / Stable Diffusion);

• Experience in animating interfaces in any software;

• Ability to create illustrations for interfaces (icons, frames, etc.);

• Knowledge of user behavior in Action RPG for mobile devices;

• Experience in UX and UI design of game interfaces in MOBA games;

• Independence, ability to gather missing information;

• Communication skills and quick response to requests from colleagues;

• Initiative and flexibility in organizing work. Ability to set up workflows and organize the solution of emerging problems;

• Ability to compile project documentation;

• Self-organization and the ability to work effectively without constant supervision;

• A portfolio with current works in the direction of mid-core session-based multiplayer Action RPGs is mandatory.
