Company Values Value, a recruiting expert in the gaming industry, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for a Ukrainian product company that creates projects merging gaming and education through revolutionary technologies.
The primary goal of the new CEO will be to achieve revenue and profitability targets by enhancing the product and team, overseeing business development, and marketing.
We are looking for a professional in the gaming and edtech industries, a strategist, and an entrepreneur with a broad perspective who can handle strategic and operational planning, high-level negotiations, team management, and also ensure the profitability and efficiency of all functions.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Management of the process and development of long-term and short-term company strategies
Exploration of avenues for company development and improvement of efficiency
Organization, control, and active participation in the product development process
Negotiation with potential partners
Creation of an effective marketing function or deepening the company's expertise for the marketing of the current project
Formation of an effective team
Setting and monitoring the achievement of KPIs by departments/functions under management
Analysis of the company's financial performance.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience working in IT companies (preferably in edtech or gamedev) in top positions in marketing and/or product for at least 5 years
Business development expertise
Marketing expertise in product launch and development stages
Product expertise
Technological understanding
Experience in describing processes and their optimization, development of KPIs
Business management experience: decision-making, effective team organization, building/optimizing remote work
English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher
As a plus:
Experience in creating your own startups and businesses
Knowledge of finance and partnership formulas
