For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for a Gaming Facility Operations Assistant to assist in managing daily operations, tournaments, and customer experience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, have previous experience in a UAE gaming facility, and possess strong esports and gaming knowledge. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operations & Maintenance 

• Oversee daily activities, ensuring all gaming stations and equipment are functional. 

• Assist with customer inquiries, registrations, and memberships. 

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with venue policies. 

• Esports & Tournament Support 

• Assist in organizing tournaments, managing brackets, and setting up game lobbies. 

• Support live streaming, event execution, and community engagement. 

• Technical & IT Support 

• Troubleshoot PC, console, and network issues. 

• Ensure software updates, game patches, and security protocols are implemented. 

• Customer Service & Community Engagement 

• Engage with players, teams, and influencers to enhance community participation. 

• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management. 

• Administration & Reporting 

• Maintain records of revenue, bookings, and customer activity. 

• Manage inventory of snacks, drinks, and gaming peripherals. 

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment and maintenance. 

What kind of professional are we looking for?

 Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). 

• 1-2+ years of experience in a UAE gaming facility. 

• Strong knowledge of esports, gaming titles, and event operations. 

• Hands-on experience with PC/console troubleshooting and network setup. 

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle tournaments. 

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required. 

What is important for us in a person?

 Experience in event management, live streaming, or tournament hosting. 

• Familiarity with broadcasting software (OBS, Streamlabs) and gaming peripherals. 

• Prior involvement with esports teams or game publishers.
